Opened and Unsealed Products
You may return opened and unsealed products purchased from Solarelec and receive a refund of the purchase price minus 10% (Handling Fee) within 14 days of the date of purchase. You will only be eligible for a refund if the product is returned to Solarelec together with all its accessories, the original product packaging, and the original tax invoice.
Instant Warranty Void
Any/All product/s bought from Solarelec have to be installed by an accredited PV installer or the warranty on the product will be void.
Faulty Products
All faulty products will be covered in the relevant product warranty.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
